About Suzette Salandy
As the founder of WCI Talent Solutions, Suzette Salandy works with business owners, organizations and CEOs providing elite training while investing in their human capital.
Ms. Salandy has been an HR Executive for several Fortune 500 and 100 companies, where she has served as a leadership coach, strategist, and speaker who changes the game on a global scale. Suzette’s approach has proven effective, enabling her clients not only to achieve success but also to preserve it. Ms. Salandy drives organizational strategies and human resource management for more than fifteen years and successfully executes a full range of HR programs. She is a true facilitator who has worked with leaders on international platforms implementing programs in countries like Brazil, Canada, Germany, Russia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Ms. Salandy embraces her passion for public speaking and delivers insightful messages to diverse audiences. She has served as the keynote speaker for The Professional Woman Network and launched several leadership seminars — even in her very own homeland of Trinidad. A facilitative host, Ms. Salandy leads and moderates numerous panels and innovative talks around the world. As a published author, she draws from personal experience to uplift and encourage women navigating everyday life. To that end, she collaborates with other women’s organizations to help drive women’s empowerment, equality, and to implement change for women and families.
